WOMEN EMPOWERMENT & LIVELIHOODS
To build the economic independence, social confidence, and legal awareness of tribal and rural women in Mayurbhanj through sustainable income generation programs and equal rights advocacy.
- Mobilize marginalized women into functional Self-Help Groups (SHGs)
- Conduct financial literacy training and facilitate bank account setups
- Run the “Skill to Earn” campaign for sustainable vocational training
EDUCATION & CHILD DEVELOPMENT
To ensure that every child—regardless of caste, tribe, gender, or economic background—has access to quality learning and a nurturing school environment that motivates them to dream big.
- Implement the “Shikshit Beti, Sashakt Bhavishya” girl-child initiative
- Minimize student dropouts in tribal government schools beyond Class 5
- Conduct personal school mentorship visits led by experienced educators
HEALTH & HYGIENE AWARENESS
To improve the overall health, nutrition, and personal hygiene practices of rural communities—particularly vulnerable women and children—through structured outreach and education.

CLEAN ODISHA COMMUNITY DRIVE
To build a sustainable culture of cleanliness, civic responsibility, and active waste management within Udala town and its surrounding tribal buffer zone villages.
- Organize weekly volunteer-led plastic collection and street cleaning drives
- Educate households and shop owners on proper waste segregation
- Enable community ownership to keep public spaces and drains clear
SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOODS & AGRICULTURE
To create reliable pathways out of poverty for marginalized tribal families by introducing eco-friendly, modern farming methods that eliminate reliance on forest exploitation.
- Provide technical training in organic farming and eco-friendly cultivation
- Promote diverse horticulture and profitable floriculture models
- Establish solid market linkages to boost direct household income
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT & SOCIAL EQUITY
